My consulting work focuses on helping schools design practical systems that create authentic connection between students, strengthen peer culture, and support inclusive practices that work in real classrooms.
With nearly 30 years in education, including experience as a special education teacher, instructional coach, department chair, and high school principal, I specialize in helping schools move from ideas to implementation.
