About Dr. Christopher DeLoach

Christopher DeLoach, Ed.D., is a high school principal in the Learn4Life network of schools in Lancaster, California, with more than 28 years of experience in education.

Throughout his career he has served as:

Special education teacher
Peer coach
Department chair
AVID coordinator
Mentor
Club advisor
WASC visiting committee member

He has implemented peer mentorship programs across five schools and has led numerous workshops and conference panels focused on leadership and inclusive school culture.

Dr. DeLoach holds:

Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education
Special Education Credential
Master’s Degree in Administration, Leadership and Policy
Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University

His doctoral research focused on emotional intelligence and school culture, which continues to shape his work in building student-centered systems.


He also served his community as a City Commissioner for the Social Equity Commission for the City of Lancaster.

Dr. DeLoach is passionate about mentorship, student leadership, and developing inclusive systems that strengthen belonging across school communities.
